By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ucs9 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ucs9 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ucs9 does not guarantee that its services are legally accessible in all locations. If access to online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the ucs9 platform.
2.3 One Account Per Individual. Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active ucs9 account. You may not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account. Accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account will be suspended without notice, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details — including but not limited to name, date of birth, contact information, or payment method ownership — entitles ucs9 to suspend or terminate your account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). ucs9 operates a KYC verification programme consistent with international gaming authority standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point during your account lifecycle, and particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ucs9 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ucs9 cannot be held responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify ucs9 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ucs9 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the affected account upon receipt of such notification.
3.3 Account Currency. All ucs9 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits are expressed in MYR unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposit options, which are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. ucs9 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as specified in the ucs9 fee schedule, which is made available upon request. ucs9 will notify you by email prior to applying any such fee.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ucs9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and ucs9 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on ucs9 is RM30 for e-wallet and FPX transactions, and RM50 for online banking transfers, unless otherwise specified in a current promotional offer.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on the same business day for most e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within the same or next business day. ucs9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the player's typical transaction history.
4.4 Withdrawal Method Consistency. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This requirement is in place for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.
4.5 No Third-Party Funding. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. ucs9 does not accept third-party deposits and will return any funds identified as originating from a third-party payment account, less any applicable transfer fees.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ucs9 are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified for each individual bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Programme. Participation in the ucs9 VIP programme (Gold, Platinum, Diamond tiers) is at ucs9's sole discretion. VIP tier benefits, cashback percentages, and eligibility criteria may be amended at any time. ucs9 reserves the right to change a player's VIP tier level where their wagering activity no longer meets the applicable threshold criteria.
6.1 All casino games offered on ucs9, including but not limited to Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and all slot titles, are operated subject to each game's individual rules as published within the game interface.
6.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based casino games available on ucs9 are certified by recognised independent testing laboratories for randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers and are subject to their own operational standards and audit requirements.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. Self-exclusion periods are enforced immediately upon activation. 8.4 ucs9 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Players identified as being under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
9.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the ucs9 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game content, design elements, and written content, are owned by or licensed to ucs9. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ucs9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ucs9 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ucs9 platform.
10.2 ucs9 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ucs9's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ucs9 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by platform downtime.
10.3 Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited on the ucs9 platform through normal gameplay. ucs9 shall not be liable for gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of any game or sports betting market on the platform.
11.1 ucs9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ucs9 reasonably determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to ucs9; or (d) ucs9 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.2 Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 You may request closure of your ucs9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any active bonuses will be voided upon account closure.
12.1 ucs9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the ucs9 platform.
12.2 Continued use of the ucs9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ucs9 platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ucs9 platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game round, or account action, you must submit a formal complaint to ucs9 support within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. ucs9 will investigate and respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable gaming authority.
